Trailer: bad teacher
CHARACTERS AND CASTING
1.Who is in the video? Justin timberlake, Cameron Diaz, Jason Segel and others.
2.Cameron diaz was eager to find a new boyfriend and she sees Justin and wants to win a prize so Justin will also be more into her as well. Jason comes along and wants to be with her instead of Justin.
3. The video fluences me by showing that you dont need to be special just to impress another person, just be yourself!
4. The costumes look more modern day and not ancient clothing and seems like they're rying to be us in a normal school environment.
SETTING:
1. The video is set in some modern day school environment somewhere.
2. The setting makes the movie seem real and make sense, and it seemed to stand so it is realsistic.
3. The school environemnt and the home where they meet seem to stand out the most.
CAMERA WORK:
1. The movie showed a lot of close and long shots and lots of zooms as well. Once the camera got closer the person changed into a whole enitre other mood.
2. I think there were more front views then side views in the scene.
3. I think the audience because it shows us real life meaning and uses real characters to show their life.
4. Sometimes the camera moved closer towards the charcter so it changed their mood.
5. Yes it looked like slow motion in a lot of scenes, like when it showed Cameron Diaz like at the car wash.
6. I think it affects the viewer who is watching the film and rather or not they would like to see it again or not or see a second movie and so on.
SOUND TRACK:
1.Yes this movie does have music, it helps makes it more interesting . The music grabs the attention of the viewer and hopefully helps make people want to come and see it. It creates a mood of excitement for the movies, even if the music is suspenseful or sad, it gets attention from the viewer.
2.There didnt seem to have to much sound effects just all the music that played to open a scene to the next and to change te mood of it.
3.When a charcter is changing their mood the music stops. The music also changes to fit the voice of the actor, if its a louder voice the music seems to be more high pitched if its lower than its a slower beat.
4. I think the mood is created by the characters personality whether they're mean or not or what they say that goes along with the song or beat.
Commercial "Bridgestone Carma"
1.A guy driving a car and a beaver.
2.In the video the guy is driv ing and doesn't see the beaver so he swerves away from him so he doesnt hit him. Then the beaver sees the storm and the driver is heading towards the bridge when the beaver bites the tree down causing the guy to stop. In a sifferent way they both saved each others life.
3. I think the casting really doesnt show me anything maybe the beaver didnt want the guy to die so he saved his life or maybe he didn't wanna see the bridgestone tires get ruined.
4. The only costume there is the guy driving which hes wearing a dress up shirt and tie. It shows how he seems to be in a rush to his meeting.
SETTING:
1. The video is set in some forest with a bridge over water.
2. I think the setting is significant because it shows how much you need to be paying attention to the road in the first scene and how everything that happens has a side effect.
3. I think what stand outs is how the beaver notices everything and stands still when hes about to get hit.
CAMERA WORK:
1. In most of the scenes it was long shot away from the driver the only close ups were the animal and showing the drivers reaction.
2.The kind of camera angles that were used were long close and short.
3. I think it shows first person because it shows the beaver and the person driving. I think its acting as the eyes of a character becuase it shows their reactions to everything that happens.
4. The camera moves in and out during most of the scene it effects the audience by giving them a more better in depth look at the two charcaters.
5. No is there is no slow montions scenes.
6. The film is edited by showing if you save ones life that person will do the same for again in return.
MOOD AND SOUNDTRACK:
1. Yes theres music, it's used to show different emotions. There is a sad and suspenseful effect becuase he's about to get hit but then its a happy effect once he misses.
2. The sound effects used are the cars brakes, the tree falling, and the rain in the background over the bridge.
3. No this film doesnt use voiceovers it just shows the charcters doing a sign language type of thing towards each other.
4. I think the mood origianially is sad people think the beavers going to get hit, then it turns to happy once the car is away from the beaver. Then the mood is grateful towards the end becuase he stopped the driver from goinmg into the water. The mood affects us in many ways and whether or not we want to see this commercial.
