The top three websites I get into are Facebook, Youtube, and NBA.com, Facebook is a communication website. I like getting on it because it is a way to communicate with family and friends that are no where near…and also to be informed of parties and other events that are going out at the time. Unlike other people, I don’t like the gossip that goes around Facebook. I also don’t like anyone all up in my business so I keep my status short and simple.
The other website I visit a lot is Youtube. Youtube is a place of entertainment. Whenever I am bored and have nothing better to do, I just search up random videos. The thing that I like about Youtube is that they have almost everything. Personally, I love music. It is a way for me to forget about all my problems and just fly away. I could just go to a radio station and listen to it live, but sometimes the songs that I want won’t come out. One minute I feel like listening to smooth, chill music but then I get all hyper and want to listen to rock and that is why Youtube is perfect. I can search up any song that I want at any time. YouTube can be very educational too. You can search up a question you have, or just learn basic songs in the drums. It’s all there.
Basketball is like my life. Without basketball, I think I would be in a totally different direction. But then again, without a lot of things I would be in a totally different direction. The thing is that since I was young, my father and I have followed the Los Angeles Lakers. When basketball season starts, I go into NBA.com and check the stats of every team. It really gets intense in the playoffs. I have to be checking my phone to see what the score is, or if Kobe was injured, which would lead to the destruction of the Lakers.
Those are my top three websites, but like the professor said, we have to open our minds to new ideas and new websites.
