I visit google most frequently, about 20-50 times a week and this happens to be my favorite since it's a useful search engine that helps me find any random question or need that comes to mind. What I like most about this site is that it is efficient and gives me a broad variety at what I could look up. Perhaps I found this site on my own, but most likely because it's so widely known. This search engine has helped me for many years-helping me conduct reasearch for a given topic I must do in school, or simply answering random questions in my head. Either way, this search engine may not be perfect, but it significantly helps me obtain knowledge on any given subject as well as search for music.
As for Amazon, I love going there because it's a website for consumers to buy things for cheaper online and have items delivered directly to the consumer's home. Especially when it comes to video game or electronic devices such as earphones and ipod chargers, this site has everything for much cheaper-as long as you're a patient consumer who can wait a few months after an item's release date. I suppose I have a bad habit of constantly consuming so I always check Amazon for items I'm interested in purchasing. And so, I visit this website about 5-20 times a week. I found out about this website from others since this is also a widely known site and I love that it's easy and efficient for my life style.
Lastly, I log onto Yahoo very often as well, because yahoo has just about everything-from informative/interesting news, to email. Yahoo is also very widely known and I use yahoo primarily to check my eamil (my unprofessional emial that is). I also like that yahoo is efficient and easy to use and it's very convienient to email friends or check for any information from other sites that email such as Amzon. Therefore, I visit this website about 20-30 times a week.

I go to YouTube about fifthteen times a week, just for thee fact that the website is full of fun entertainment. What makes me adore this website is that there are many different types of videos for one viewer to look at like comedy, cartoons, and ect.. This website also grabs my attention because it's shows the amount of creativity and talent around that hasn't been spoken for by the press, but through the hands of it's own creators. Because of YouTube the talents of the world are shown and the culture is spread through one site.
For candystand it is a place to past the time with a short yet fun complacation of games.what gets my attention in this website is the different amounts of games there are for each and every person that visits the site. I visit this site about twenty times a week for enterainment.what keeps me coming back to the site is the fact that the website developes new games for the site every week.I found this website through school when we were trying to pass the time.
Last is google. I visit this website about thirty times a week. What attracts me to this website is that it is a very usefull search engine when looking up the basics of a topic. This site also helps find new websites that I never knew existed, like tumblr.com which is a blog for people to post there interests. This website has been helping me since middle school when looking for research. And I found it through the help of my teachers when I had a research project. And for the fact that this website is very usefull I go it the most.

ReplyDeleteI go to Facebook about all the time if I have wifi. I like this site because I have all my friends on here and it helps me keep in touch with my long distance friends. I also like how people can instant message you and comment on your status, unlike twitter. I dislike how randome people add me and I have no idea who they are. I also dislike how drama can start so easily over a silly comment or post.
The second site I visit is google. I go there twice a day or more if I have a question that needs to be answered. I also go there to check my google account. I like this site because it easily leads me to my answers with out having to guess what site it may or may not be on. The only thing that I dislike about this site is that sometimes it leads me to crappy websites.
And my third site I visit is YouTube. I go on here like all the time. I'm actually on here now. I love this site because everything is on here from music videos to regular upload from my favorite users. I can also upload some of my own videos but I don't have the time or patience to edit them. The thing I dislike the most are the advertisements that appear sometimes before the video. Especially around election time. So to solve that problem is press F5 so that I can skip it.

Facebook would be one of the top sites that I visit. I go on that site three to five times a day either to check my messages, or update events. Facebook is my favorite site because I have numerous friends on there. I love to procrastinate when I’m doing homework, so Facebook is my partner in crime when it comes to that. I spend more time on Facebook than I do doing my homework. I either talk to my friends, or play a Uno game or two. I also send messages to friends who access Facebook through their mobile. What keeps me coming back to Facebook is to either check my new updates or messages, talk to a friends that I miss, or to email a friend who doesn’t come on Facebook often. Also, I like to see what others have posted on my wall, or their wall. I love to browse the new pictures people have taken. I did not find Facebook, on my own. My friend introduced me to Facebook over the summer of 2010. She said that it was a very interesting place to be, and that I should go on there. My teacher also told me that when she was attending college, they had to pay for their own Facebook page. It was only something that college students owned. Hearing this made me thankful to have my own Facebook page that I wouldn’t have to pay for. Facebook shapes my thoughts, wants, dislikes, and beliefs because there are so many different opinions, ideas, and thoughts that are posted on there every millisecond. For instance, my friends are always posting what they do, or where they go. It’s almost like a Twitter page except you’re not following anyone. It shapes my wants because I join the clubs or play the games that I like on there, and last but not least, it shapes my dislikes and beliefs because you can either like what someone posted, or you can comment on it stating your own opinion and what you believe in. No one can tell you wrong on Facebook because it’s what you make of it.
The second site that I enjoy visiting is http://www.letmewatchthis.com I only visit this site on some occasions when I want to watch new movies. This is my favorite site because you can watch any movie at anytime when the time is right. What I mean by this is that when a new movie is released in theaters, you can’t watch it right away; on the site, you have to wait about a few months or so to get the HD version. Other than that, you are free to watch movies of your choice. What keeps me coming to this site are the new movies that are uploaded each day. I found this site on my own when I was searching on Google; sites that allow you to watch movies for free. This site shapes my thoughts, wants, dislikes, and beliefs because it is all there for me to observe on my own, and chose what I please to watch. All the movies that I want are there. If there’s a movie that I believe is not appropriate for me to watch, then I wouldn’t watch it. But above all, I love this movie site because I get to watch movies for free.
Last but not least, the last site that I love t o visit is http://www.miniclips.com I visit this site at least once or twice every week depending on how bored I am. This is my favorite site because there are over one million games on this site. My favorite game to play is Sushi Go Round. All you have to do is make different kind of sushi with the recipes they give you and serve them out to the costumers before they get mad and eave. What keep me coming back to this site are the new games and to find a new addiction such as Sushi Go Round. This game is very addicting. Once you get started it’s impossible to quite. I found this site on my own when I was searching for games on Google. This site shapes my thoughts, because I like the new games that I play. It shapes my wants because I always want to explore the new games that keep coming out. It shapes my dislikes and beliefs, because I don’t play the games that I dislike, or believe to be ridiculous.

I log on to Facebook everyday and my cell phone is linked to keep me signed in at all times. Facebook is a way that I can communicate with people that I don't see all the time and live out of state. The reason I created a facebook was because myspace was getting old. To me facebook was a more mature site and direct. This web site attracts me and keeps me coming back because I have the tendency to see what's going on with my friends. Statuses seem to change all the time and that makes me feel as if I'm in the loop.

I go on there and listen to music all the time, and catch up on the latest videos I missed. This site is so addicting because you can find practically anything you want on there. All my friends in middle school introduced me to youtube and every since I have been a youtube aholic. I like the fact that people are able to express themselves in videos. Youtube seems to be a world wide web site that can make anyone become addicted.

Google would have to be one of the most useful website I go to everyday. Anytime I have a homework assignment or need any type of help I go to Google. I've known about google ever since I owned my first computer. Teachers recommended me to use google the proper way for research and other assignmets. Being able to search for certain things and key words or phrases keeps me coming back to the web site. You recieve different links to other web sites that can be helpful.

ReplyDeleteI go to the Tightly Curly website everytime I am on the computer-which is about 3 or 4 days a week. I like this website because it talks about how to maintain curly hair for primarily people of mixed nationalities. Thick, mixed-people hair is very difficult to take care of! I frequently visit this site to help me stay on target for my goal, which is to grow out my hair from its chemiccal relaxer and sport my natural hair. The pictures on this website show me what's instore for me when I finaly do. I came across this site when I googled "how to grow out hair from a perm" and it came up in a discussion on Yahoo. This website shapes my thoughts because I plan on buying products from the site that its author recommends. And it helps me to try to take to best care for my hair that I possibly can.
The second website that i frequent is Facebook. I also go on this website every 3 or 4 days. I like this website because it makes it easy to talk to friends, look at pictures, and look at interesting things that everyone is up to.I come back to this site to talk to my firends and post about things going on in my life. I started using this site when I heard a lot of people talking about it and decided to check it out. This website shapes how I communicate with my friends, because sometimes I would much rather prefer to talk to them over Facebook than over the phoneor in person.
The third website I go to is Youtube. I go to this website probably 2 times a week. Yout tube is very entertaining and there is no limit on its amount of videos so there's always a lot to look at. I com back to this site because I can listen to music, watch funny videos, watch tutorials and pretty much anything else. It is definitely and good way to fight boredum. This shapes my thoughts because often after watching one video they sugest another video that I mind find interesting. Often I'll start watchingone video and by the end of the youtube adventure i'll be watching something completely different from the first video.

When my best friend first told me about this site, I immediately got addicted to it. This site has made me think about how people in our society has a lot of time in their hands to put up a video of dressing up and doing a crazy dance.
Last but not least, my third favorite website is google. It is a great resource to use when I need help with directions,recipes,history and more. My teachers were the first to introduce me to that site to help me with my work. Google has helped me find information about history and more.

I visit yahoo everyday for the most part, because I like to stay on top of things and see what new mail I've received, whether from friends, family, or school-related. This is one of my favorite websites because not only am I able to check my mail, but what keeps me coming back are the news articles that are displayed there. Because I no longer have television, the displayed articles help me to stay up-to-date on what is going on. Not only that, but yahoo gives me quick access to the weather and also my horoscope. I was recommended this website when I was much younger because my friends knew I wanted an email. Because I was very young at that age, my friend actually made the account for me, so that I could communicate with her whenever I wanted (even outside of school). This gave me an easier way to contact my friends than via phone. This websites main influence on me is due to the news articles. I can choose which articles I want to read or do not want to read, and also learn valuable information that I can apply to my life. Yahoo shapes my life because it gives me a different, more personal way to communicate with people.
The second website I often visit is Facebook. Typically, I visit this website 4-5 times a week. Facebook is one of my favorite websites because it allows you to have the social experience that you get at school in your very own house. Facebook keeps you up-to-date on all your friends and what is going on in their lives, and also provides an easy way to stay in touch with distant friends or relatives. Facebook keeps me coming back because it always has the latest gossip about people, and seeing as I am a girl, I love gossip. Not only that, but it allows me a quick and easy way to ask my friends questions, for say, homework, because more often than not, my friends are also on Facebook. This site was recommended to me by a friend. Initially, I did not want to make a Facebook because I knew it would be a time-consuming website. However, similar to my yahoo email, one of my friends made my Facebook page for me. They thought I would be interested because it would allow me to communicate faster with my friends, and also inform me on what was going on around my school. Facebook has shaped my life both negatively and positively. Although I can now keep in touch with my friends and family in Vietnam, New York, and so forth, Facebook is a website where you easily forget about time while you are using it. Often, Facebook distracts me from my work.
The last website I put on there is a bit strange; it is the parent portal website, which allows students and parents to check their grades. Although I do not visit the website in the summer, during the school year, I check my grades 4-5 times a week. This is one of my favorite websites because I'm your typical nerdy student who really cares about her grades. I check my grades frequently so as to ensure that nothing is missing, and if there is anything missing, I can turn it in before the grading period ends. This website keeps me coming back because I always want to stay on top of my school work and grades (I hate B's). This site was advised by my counselors to be visited, however, I took the initiative in logging on to parent portal and continued using the website to check my grades. The counselors advised me to look at this website because they want all of their students to do well and stay on top of their work. This website shapes my life extremely because my grades are extremely important to me. Whenever anything is out of place, I make sure to fix it, or when I am unsatisfied with my grades, I will always go and talk to my teachers.

ReplyDeleteGoogle is my favorite and most frequently used website because of it's simplicity. It's very easy to use, if you have a question type it in, and it will answer it for you. What i like about this website the most is although it has reached new heights and earned lots of money they still keep it simple and doesn't fill their website more and more with accessories unlike other websites. It's very clean, white easy to use. You want images click it, you want to go somewhere click maps, want to know information about something, type it in.It's a very simple website with lots of information. I found this website because of my dad i asked him for help in my math homework and he wasn't sure so he asked Google and figured out how to do it. I was so amazed i asked him how he did it and when he told me soon enough i started using it myself.
My second favorite website is YouTube, which is a place to watch videos about anything you want just type it in and you'll find it.It's very entertaining because you can watch hours and hours of music in their or you can just do your homework relax and listen to soft peaceful music.
I found this website because of my friends they always upload random videos and tell me to watch it and when i went on it for the first time i was very amazed at how many videos it had and soon enough i became addicted.
My third favorite website is Msn. I like Msn because its a search engine but more than that it has news on it. This is where i update myself and find out what's going on in sports, technology, and all over the world. Although it may not be as clean and simple as Google to use after you use it you'll notice everything you want to know is on the front, you don't have to waste time typing things in the search engine and if you do Msn has one too.
My first favorite website would be Facebook. (http://www.facebook.com) My phone always has the Facebook Application running so I always get the notifications and reply right away. This is one of my favorite sites because it allows me to communicate with my family and friends. My friends are what keep me coming back to the website. The wall posts and comments usually have me eager to return. I was actually the first of my friends to get onto Facebook because I lost interest in Myspace. I like that my phone has an application for it making it easier to stay connected.
ReplyDeleteMy second favorite website would be Soda Jerk Presents.(http://www.denvermusicvenues.com) I go to this website about three times a week. This is one of my favorite websites because I love local music and going to concerts. Seeing what shows are coming up is what keeps me going back. It has all the show lineups for the two major venues in Denver: The Summit Music Hall and The Marquis Theatre. I found this site after a concert at The Summit Music Hall. The ticket lady handed me a flyer with the website on it. I like how it has links at the top of the page to each venue and only shows those concerts.
My last favorite website would be Pandora Radio. (http://www.pandora.com) I get on this website every day. I enjoy it because it functions on cell phones and also on computers. This site lets me listen to many songs based on the artist. It finds similar songs and artist exposing me to a wide variety of songs. The music is what keeps me going back. My junior year math teacher Ms. Garcia is the one who introduced me to the website. She just told us that it was way better then stealing songs. The site’s biggest downfall is that if you don’t purchase a membership, then every so often an advertisement interrupts the music play.

I visit this website at least 14 to 20 times a week during the season and during the off season like around 7 times a week.
This is one of my favorite website because I am a huge football fan and I love seeing everything that’s happening inside the nfl, it also lets me check the team schedules and scores if I missed a game. I also get the latest news on everything it’s updated like every second it seems like. Its easy access to everything and I can stay connected to many other fans through a chatting section in each of the teams section.
The site keeps me coming because it is easy, fast and reliable to use, never have any problems with it.
The nfl recommended this site to me through an add during a game and they must of known I would like it because I was watching a football game.
The nfl website shapes my train of thought by letting me see the teams statistical analysis and see who would have the upper hand during the game.

This is one of my favorite websites because it is an easy search engine to get around everything and do research on. Instead of typing a website on the URL I just type it on google and zoom it takes me to it although it’s the same as typing it in the URL but it’s just a habit that stuck.
Site keeps me coming because I don’t have to type anything specific in order to get what I’m looking for.
This Site was recommended to me by fifth grade teacher because of a research paper I had to do he knew I would be interested because it is a reliable search engine for finding almost everything.

I visit www.facebook.com almost 70 times a week. www.facebook.com is one of my favorite websites because I can communicate with all my friends from all over the world and share my photos and information with them and see their photos. Also facebook has its unique things that makes me to like it even more. ReplyDeleteFacebook will always be #1, because that's where I discovered Mahsa Kasiri, aka My DreamGirl. We had lots of mutual friends and had heard about one another even though we were 3,000 miles apart, how amazing is that!? She had the ultimate photo collection, and all of her friends and family interacted with her via facebook, so I was lucky enough to watch My DreamGirl blossom into a beautiful lady right before my eyes. Facebook took over my life when I found Mahsa, and I rather not disclose how often I am on facebook....let's just say it's a lifestyle now that I am absolutely in love with.
#2 is Google. I watched my own life unfold (both personally and professionally) right in front of me on Google. With Mahsa being so far away, I had no other choice but to write to her via facebook. Through this intense admiration and devotion process I was inspired by watching my own life unfold via google. Now (7 months later) all of that is presented in such a beautiful way when you google my name(s) hehehe, I am both Ahmad and Michael Morshedi...
#3 is youtube. Since finding Virtual Mahsa (I have yet to meet her in person) on August 29th, 2010 I have been living through music and videos on youtube. When you are adamantly focused on one goal (Your Future), youtube provides not only a great source of music and ideas, but rather an eloquent form of communication. I just feel so fortunate to have been able to transcend not only my feelings but my lifestyle through these 3 websites.
Mahsa is the sole reason why I come back to all 3 of these websites, and I am honestly addicted to all 3 of them (minimum 4-6 hours a day). I highly recommend a virtual lifestyle for someone who has the courage to confront the challenges associated with it. Over time, via a virtual lifestyle, you will find the strength to make your dreams a reality.
